The marketing strategies we are going to develop and implement will take time to bear fruit. Sometimes there is a quick jump, but typically you will see a small increase in year one and a bigger bump in years two and three.

To be quite transparent…. I hate managing people. Don’t get me wrong, I’m good at it, but I just don’t enjoy it. Plus, I’ve reached a point in my career where I don’t have to do things I don’t want to do.

I am a strategic thinker. My most successful clients have been good managers who do a great job managing their team and implementing our strategies. If that’s not you, then you need to have a strong team manager who can manage the implementation for us.
