  As a new funeral home, our challenge was very familiar--new name trying to gain on the old established brands in the area. After dabbling in many forms of media and public relations, it seemed as though something was missing. I could not put my finger on ‘it’.
  
  I realized I better find an ‘expert’ to help me--easier said than done. In my funeral consultant search I ran across several very expensive ‘firms’ as well as some ‘mom and pop’ firms that really did not understand my challenge (but they were willing to spend a lot of my money try to).   John really took the time to understand, and I mean really understand, my business and our challenges. I was a little concerned with being able to accomplish much over the phone, but it worked out great.
