In this video I explain the concept of the “buying spectrum”. When you understand this concept you will know how to connect with families earlier in the process (before price becomes their #1 issue).

Sorry if this video is a little shaky. The battery on my Kodak Zi8 died and I’m recording this with my cell phone without a tripod.
